AMA currently has childcare availability and is NOW enrolling Preschool/TK/K students (2-6 years old)!

In order to apply please follow the steps below:

1. Mail in your Family History (Waiting List) Application.

2. Schedule the 45-minute playdate-tour for the child and parents (M/W/F, 9:45AM-10:30AM) and review application.

3. Download the enrollment forms to the right, complete and schedule a final enrollment meeting-orientation playdate (60 minutes) for the family.

4. Final enrollment meeting to review enrollment packet and family orientation (60 minutes).

Waiting List Policy:

You may be placed on the waiting list by filling out an application of interest and submitting a non-refundable payment for $25.00 (check to AMA). You may mail or hand deliver your request. We enroll students into the school on a first come and first serve basis, along with keeping in mind other important factors such as compatible childcare scheduling needs, commencement date, gender, age, and bilingualism.

We contact families on the waiting list according to a first come and first serve basis and we do not discriminate based on sex, gender, social and economic status, sexuality, etc. We do our very best to provide you with your first choice of childcare schedule for your children (according to the application of interest to enroll form).

  1. Within Acrobat, open a PDF file or click on the Create PDF tool in the right pane to convert your document to PDF.
  2. Click on the Fill & Sign tool in the right pane.
  3. Click on a text field, then type on the form. Your data will be saved so you can use it again in the future if desired.
  4. Click Sign in the toolbar at the top of the page.
  5. Draw or type your signature, or use an image.
  6. Click Apply and place the signature on your form.
  7. Click Share in the upper right corner to send your form to others.
  8. Enter one or more email addresses, then click Send to deliver your form and get notified when recipients view it.
