Mrs. Reimann graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in World Arts and Cultures. She then continued her education and earned a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on Elementary School Instruction and Multicultural-Interdisciplinary Curricula. She holds a Director’s Permit in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Cynthia continues to advocate for high quality, and affordable preschool education for all and mentoring Oakland youth in the field of ECE.
